A crispy baked beef burger featuring a hollowed-out toasted bun packed with seasoned minced beef, layered slices, and melted Casar cheese.
This unique baked beef burger transforms a classic comfort food into an irresistible treat with a crispy exterior and a gooey, stringy cheese center. By hollowing out the bun and layering it with cheese and savory beef, every single bite delivers rich flavor and satisfying textures.
Ingredients
- 2 hamburger buns
- 200 g minced beef
- 1 small onion
- 2 slices cheese slices
- 100 g Casar cheese
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
Instructions
- 1Cut and Hollow the Bun

Take a hamburger bun and cut it open using kitchen scissors. Carefully scoop out the inner bread to create a hollow cavity inside the bun, allowing it to hold more filling.
Tip: Scoop out enough of the bun so it can hold more filling without breaking through the bottom. - 2Add the Cheese Layer

Place a cheese slice directly at the bottom inside the hollowed-out hamburger bun, resting neatly in the cavity.
Tip: Make sure the cheese slice covers the bottom of the hollowed bun to create a rich, melted base. - 3Fill with Minced Beef

Spoon the prepared sautéed minced beef filling directly into the hollowed bun on top of the cheese slice.
Tip: Press the beef filling down gently so it settles evenly inside the cheese-lined cavity. - 4Top with Casar Cheese

Sprinkle a generous amount of fresh shredded Casar cheese evenly over the minced beef filling inside the buns.
Tip: Ensure the cheese covers all the beef so it melts into a golden, gooey layer during baking.
