- 1 splash apple cider vinegar
- to taste sugar
- 2 large spoonfuls coarse mustard seeds
- to taste paprika
- 1/4 cup pickled cucumbers, chopped
- 2 tbsp cucumber water (pickle juice)
- 1 bag mayonnaise (for tartar sauce, plus extra as needed)
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- to taste black pepper
- to taste salt
Instructions
- 1Add mayonnaise

Squeeze a full bag of mayonnaise directly into a metal container placed on an electronic scale to begin preparing the universal burger sauce.
Tip: Make sure the scale is zeroed or note the starting weight before you begin squeezing. - 2Add ketchup

Pour 150g of ketchup from a squeeze bottle directly into the metal container on top of the previously added mayonnaise.
Tip: Add the ketchup slowly while watching the scale to get the exact measurement right. - 3Add apple cider vinegar and sugar

Pour a measured amount of apple cider vinegar followed by a suitable amount of sugar directly into the container with the mayonnaise and ketchup mixture.
Tip: Adjust the sugar according to your preferred level of sweetness for the burger sauce. - 4Add mustard seeds and paprika

Add two large spoonfuls of coarse mustard seeds along with a portion of paprika into the container containing the sauce base.
Tip: Coarse mustard seeds provide a distinct texture and crunch characteristic of good burger sauces. - 5Add pickled cucumbers and liquid

Use tongs to add universal pickled cucumbers and a splash of cucumber water into the container with the rest of the ingredients.
Tip: Cucumber water helps adjust the consistency and enhances the tangy flavor profile. - 6Blend burger sauce

Insert the immersion blender directly into the metal container and blend all the burger sauce ingredients for 49 seconds until uniform.
Tip: Blend for the full duration to ensure the mustard seeds and pickles are properly incorporated. - 7Add mayonnaise for tartar sauce

Squeeze a full bag of mayonnaise into an empty metal container positioned on an electronic scale to begin preparing the universal tartar sauce for fried foods.
Tip: Make sure to use a clean metal container and have your ingredients ready before adding them. - 8Add onions and lemon juice

Add freshly sliced onions and squeeze fresh lemon juice into the metal container containing the mayonnaise base.
Tip: Fresh lemon juice provides the necessary acidity to balance the richness of the mayonnaise. - 9Add parsley and pickled cucumbers

Use tongs to carefully add fresh parsley and pickled cucumbers into the container with the mayonnaise and onions.
Tip: Ensure the herbs are freshly washed and chopped or added cleanly with tongs. - 10Season with black pepper and salt

Sprinkle ground black pepper and a suitable amount of salt directly onto the mixture of mayonnaise, onions, parsley, and pickled cucumbers.
Tip: Season gradually so you can taste and adjust the flavor later. - 11Add extra mayonnaise

Squeeze additional egg yolk sauce or mayonnaise from a red-and-white branded bag into the container to ensure the proper texture and richness.
Tip: Remember to add more mayonnaise if you notice the mixture lacks sufficient base volume. - 12Blend the tartar sauce

Insert an immersion blender into the container and thoroughly blend all the tartar sauce ingredients until smooth, adding a little cucumber water if the consistency is too thick.
Tip: Add cucumber water a little at a time if the mixture becomes too thick to blend easily.
