Ingredients
- 300 g pork belly slices
- 300 g bean sprouts
- 1/2 onion
- 2 stalks green onions
- 1 carrot
- 2 chili peppers
- 1 tbsp bean paste
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp beef powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- to taste white sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1Prepare the Stir-Fry Sauce

Add bean paste, chili powder, minced garlic, sugar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, beef powder, and pepper powder into a stainless steel bowl. Stir everything well together until fully combined and set the sauce aside.
Tip: Mix the sauce thoroughly beforehand so the flavors blend well and it can be evenly distributed over the ingredients later. - 2Add Bean Sprouts to Pan

Spread a layer of raw bean sprouts evenly across the bottom of a dry pan without adding any oil.
Tip: No oil or water is needed at this stage; the bean sprouts will naturally release moisture as they cook. - 3Layer the vegetables and pork belly

Layer sliced onions, green onions, carrots, raw pork belly slices, and chili pieces directly into the pan on top of the bean sprouts.
Tip: Arrange the ingredients evenly so they cook uniformly. - 4Layer Vegetables, Pork Belly, and Sauce

Layer sliced onions, green onions, carrots, raw pork belly slices, and green and red chili pieces directly on top of the bean sprouts, then pour the prepared sauce evenly over the top.
Tip: Arrange the ingredients neatly in layers so they cook evenly together without needing extra liquid. - 5Cook and Stir the Ingredients

Turn on low heat and stir the ingredients slowly as the bean sprouts begin to release water. Once combined, turn the heat to medium-high and continue stir-frying until the meat is fully cooked.
Tip: Rely entirely on the natural moisture and fats from the ingredients without adding any extra water or oil.
